✅ Eligibility for Returns
Due to the perishable nature of fruits, we accept returns and replacements only under the following conditions:
- You receive damaged, spoiled, or wrong items.
- The product is not as described or past its freshness.
- You notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof.

Include your order ID, issue description, and clear photos of the item(s) in question. - Resolution Options
Based on the situation, we will offer one of the following:- Replacement of the affected item(s)
- Refund to your original payment method
- Store credit for your next purchase
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Request made after 24 hours of delivery
- Items consumed or not stored properly
- Change of mind or taste preferences
- Products purchased under “No Return” or special clearance offers
💸 Refunds
If your refund is approved:
- It will be processed within 3–5 business days.
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method or UPI/Wallet if applicable.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), we may offer store credit or a bank transfer upon request.
🚚 Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch/shipping.
- If the order is already out for delivery, cancellation is not possible.
